We offer a special made-to-order service for this item, sourced from Ihuoma. Some sizes are ready to ship, while others are made to order in the UK. Production time varies from 2 to 3 weeks. UK shipments are sent from the UK, while shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are sent from our boutique in the Netherlands. No additional import duties for EU shipments.

Standard shipping in the Netherlands takes 1 till 2 business day. Costs are € 4 for orders up to € 150 and free of charge on all higher order amounts. Orders placed in the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Europe:
Standard delivery will be within 1 till 8 working days and is free of charge on all orders over €150. Express delivery is € 20,- and free of charge on all orders over € 250,-
US
Standard shipping is free of charge on all orders over €150. Check your cart for shipping rates on orders lower than €150. Express delivery is € 20,- or free of charge on all orders over € 250,-
Rest of the world:
Check your cart after entering you shipping adres to find the delivery costs to your country.
We hope your purchase will be perfect. But sometimes you need to return or exchange an item. So let us please explain how.
Returns are possible if you send it back within 14 days after the delivery date. After 14 days it is no longer possible to return the item and it will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs for the returns are for you.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have tags or other protective strips removed will not be refunded. Please take note of this when opening your purchase. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie or with a panty liner. We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases, you will receive a new gift voucher instead.
How to return:
Send the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation.
Please mark your package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays and extra costs at customs!

We recommend that you send your parcel by registered post and retain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise.

If we agree with the return please send it back to us within 7 days after the delivery date through standard shipping on your own cost. You will receive new item or refund as soon as we have reviewed the complaint. We'll keep you updated by mail. Please ensure that you read and follow all care instructions, as products damaged by inappropriate care cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 7 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited the same way you have paid the order. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.
